Gateway to the Beacons

Tonight I am going for the theory a nice hot curry will sweat out this man flu that has afflicted me.

So it is a Goan-style curry more an authentic vindaloo not the bastardised one we have in takeaways.

I've opened the Christmas cheese and crackers, just a crumbly Lancashire and a nice Shropshire red. Non of that smelly stuff. I'm on some strong arse antibiotics though so can't have much alcohol until the 26th x
