Does the fact when someone has a proper Play Room put people off?

Maybe I shouldn’t mention it’s sound proof.

Back of Nowhere and Beyond

I really hoped this was going to be adult soft play (but without the ball pool because they're cess pools of ick).

Wouldn't put me off, even the soundproofing. I'd be intrigued but stay out of it until I knew the person well.
