Tell me about it. Only skiier in a family of boarders so I also have to listen to them griping each evening about skiiers taking them out of the lifts and slopes

I'm a skier too. Have been tempted to learn to board, but feels like too much effort to start again...though I do envy their comfortable looking boots!

I used to be one of those snowboarders HornyCouga hates, but this sounds like MUCH more my kind of thing.

Secret hideaway in the pennines

I am one of those that do both, it depends on where I am and what the snow is like, deep powder, has to be a board

Pow on a board looks great...I would like to give it a good but I can ski so don't want to waste time learning.... but seems to be less boarders in Europe...a die art like Thatching or selling VHS

Depends on the skier, HC!

But in all seriousness, I'm not sure. Those big, baggy outfits don't do too much for me...

(But I have now realised that someone skiing - or boarding - stylishly is a turn on I didn't know I had. Swoosh, swoosh...)

Some of the best fun I have had on snow though is with a pair of blades (90cm skis, curved at both ends)
