It’s a bad time

So it’s very much about me yes, I’m not very well I have the worst headache ever and quite frankly I need a rest. What remedies or advice can you give to help me out. Ps ladies feel free to drown my box with filth

I just did a contrast shower, had a banging head all day

Normal hot shower then 5 minutes total cold

Headaches gone
