I don't squat myself much above 100kg, it’s just uncomfortable and at my age I’m taking no risks with my back. There is another woman here allegedly hitting 200+ on leg press, it’s phenomenal strength tbh. I hope you use those legs to their full potential in the bedroom ![]() | |||

"Out of interest, what do people bench press? I can do 100kg on the bench, just." At the moment I reckon my max is 50kg. All time best was 60kg touch & go or 57.5kg with a pause in competition. I currently train volume tho, and go 45kg 5x5 a couple of times a week. | |||

"Out of interest, what do people bench press? I can do 100kg on the bench, just." I don’t lift heavy anymore but 3 years ago I benched 115kg (no gear) and running 5k in 21:13. This is the trick, anyone can bench 100-120 with gear but you will move like a sloth. | |||

Can also eat a reasonably normal diet too | |||
