zim 57 and had mine and my tongue pierced a few years ago. In fact I had my nose pierced twice. I smashed my nose into a door and ripped it out and I kept swallowing my tongue piercing so now I have none but I guess I was 54 when I had them done

Look, you might as well embrace the fact you're middle aged. Dress up your nose with a cute stud. Live a little because life goes too quickly. I don't think there's an age limit for piercings - if that area is wrinkle free and they can pierce it, you're good to go.
