Hello everyone, sending support for those that need it. The past week has been largely positive.Got back from warmer climes late Tuesday... froze through til Saturday... but enjoyed work xmas do on Friday evening and feel set for the week ahead.

Enough about me though, how are you doing?

The weekly safe space is open, the kettle is on and there is a big stash of biscuits too.

Work is stressful but I only this week in then off for 2.

My mother arrives this afternoon for 3 weeks and loads are planned for her visit. I love her to bits, 3 weeks will be a struggle though but it’s all about precious family time.

Family time is so important - I'm sure it will be a struggle in some ways but you've got this! And I wish you and your family all the best!

As for work, well, whilst I understand the strains there, there's just four more days to go! I'm keeping positive!
