From the land of haribos.

Continue here, who else is excited that today it is the world cup final between argentina v france and it is kick off 3pm, who do you think will win and what is your prediction?

It seems to be penalties and who do you reckon will win it? I reckon that argentina will win

Well done Argentina. Well taken penalties

Congratulations. This puts Messi on that 'best ever' plynth for a lot of people now.

Unlucky France, great comeback. Fancy getting a WC Final hat trick and being on the loosing side. It's very harsh

Something for everyone there, Messi gets his hands on the trophy

Mbappe scores a hatrick and still loses

French fans can piss off and allez Le bleu through tears

And as it's on pennos it devalues the win.

The Bisht was given to Messi by the Emir himself it is a high honour.

On a side note if you wear a Thobe respectfully in Qatar they love it. I know this from personal experience.

I'd agree I it wasn't for the armband thing, banning fans with rainbow bucket hats, banning fans with T shirts about Rights for women in Iran.

They could of really covered themselves in glory but yeah, very refreshing not to see news reports with bottles and chairs flying everywhere. Mind you, that didn't happen in Brazil or Japan if memory serves me right.

Some of the games were immense.

The tactical diversity was crazy. Kudos SK, Croatia and Morocco for showing it's not all about having the most possession.

The end of the line for some all time greats.

The next one will be interesting... Frances 2nd half team will almost all be there. England's youth look good (just need centre backs).

Qatar have got away with hosting it. The political stuff died away fairly quick. We went from armbands and hands other mouths to fucking a trophy.
