So a story of two parts.

I think we only notice the poorly done or over enthusiastic lip fillers.

I wonder if in later life the people who've had lip fillers that give them that characteristic duck pout will develop horizontal lines above and below their mouths

I couldn't have it done, or botox. The idea of a needle going in my face gives me the shudders. I've had a cannula inserted in my eye prior to surgery and that was bad enough, to voluntarily agree to have injections in my face and pay for it isn't something I'd do.

Trust me though if there was a way of getting the botox effect without the needle for about £2:50 I'd be first in the queue

I dont think filled lips are full of air.... but i was surprised when i met my first large pair of implants, they felt really hard and full of air just like an overinflated "shoot" football i played with as a kid.

You are right, people can do as they please. I just think there is a dysmorphic approach which does not achieve the desired outcome.

I'm tempted to give it a go. It would be amazing if it worked and gave a bit more girth but.... there's a few possible down sides that I see.
