Stuffing a bird?

We are just having a normal lump of meat, would have said joint but stopped smoking three years ago.

Beef and pork which im picking up from butchers christmas eve....dont like turkey that much ,prefer pork...nom nom...and theres five of us this yr so two types of meat to keep them all happy....

14 to cook for Monday

Rib of beef.

Then 7 on Tuesday for turkey.

We like making stuffing and yes will be having it.

Turkey crown and silverside 14 for christmas lunch. I make my own stuffing we like it in our house.
