Nothing modern about flat shoes. Stone-age women didn't wear stilettos.

Are you taking about posture & back care, or just your personal preference?

The Big Smoke

I only wear clown shoes these days OP. They may be flat, but they go “honk-honk”

When it is Siberian weather and so I see outside I'd rather stand on my feet than be lying on my ass undignified.

Heals can be great but not for long periods of time and not where it's unsafe or impractical

Now I've seen the Flintstones so I think you're wrong there.

I’d say stiletto heels are worst for your feet than flat shoes. I will say vans aren’t very comfortable standing for long periods. I prefer sketchers

Carlisle usually

I like wearing heels, I'm comfortable in heels, I wear at least 4 inches to work every day and if I'm barefoot around the house I walk on my tiptoes.

But I'm well aware that's not normal. Most people are not comfortable having their feet constantly arched and thighs and ass tensed because of them. And it's not fair to ask someone else to be uncomfortable for prolonged periods just because you find it more attractive.

Flat shoes are not a fad. Flat shoes are the norm for most people.

Lol...flat comfortable shoes are bad?

Mini stilt shoes much better.

Horsham

They may look fantastic, but they can do damage to you

Killer heels are the ultimate in power dressing and women often wear them to look more attractive to men. However, the higher the heel, the more they tilt your body forward and the more you have to lean back. This can put your pelvis out of alignment and cause compression of the spine.
