McDonald’s drive through

Anyone else happen to of noticed that McDonald’s drive through has been getting slower and slower over the years

Literally sat in 1 yesterday for 35 minutes with no way of getting out of it !! Pisses me right off when all I want is a coffee on way home

Went to same McDonald’s today same time etc went inside the shop and out in under 5 minutes

Oh and the drive through had virtually same amount of cars as yesterday

The male half of us is a rider for Deliveroo and sees it quite often from his point of view. They can struggle for staff, but at the same time, most of the staff just don't care. Managers as well, if they have a bad manager it can effect he rest of the staff all the way down and it is just the same. They don't care. You can complain, but all they will do is refund you. Advice is, don't waste your time or money and everyone should vote with their feet/steering wheels and not bother with them.
