I'm a whimp when it comes to spice so my limit is a tikka masala. Pretty much like all meats so will change them around.

Used to be a Jalfrezi or Biryani but I've been making my own for the last 14 months and they are as good as any curry house I've ever been to.

Last night I made a Lamb Saag Walaha or some shit, spinach and chicken peas. Was nice

*Insert suggestive and lewd creamy sauce response here*

Tbf, I don't have lot of curries out anymore. after doing work for a Pakistani family, they fed me there own recipes and sauces, wow, not this commercial British Indian curries. This stuff was out of this world and so spicy but so so eatable

Paradise, Herts

I have korma or passanda but ask them to make it medium hot. I like creamy but not keen on mild. Perfect

Usually saag chicken in the run of the mill Bengali places but also very happy to frequent totally vegetarian, usually either Gujarati or South Indian, eateries.

However, the latter can serve up some deceptively chili hot dishes, so I am very careful what I choose.
