Gateway to the Beacons

Well mainly the lovely ladies but anyone else who has an answer please feel free to comment.

Nail files, emery boards etc etc, what courseness do you use I have 100/180 but still can’t get my nails really smooth.

Don’t want scraggly nails running over backs and inner thighs and of course the other areas.

That’s the Grinch’s in touch with his feminine side Friday pondering

I've got no idea; how would I find that out?

I use a glass file with a very smooth side and a slightly rougher side, but no idea how to quantify that roughness!

If I file my nails with it they're smooth enough to not ladder even very sheer stockings, which is good enough for me.

Look for a nail buffer. It gets them really smooth. Emery boards can leave jagged bits that rip stockings.

Also do a hand scrub. Coconut oil and sugar works fine.

Get a 4 sided nail bar. One side for filing, one for grinding the edges down, one for smoothness and the other to shine it. I only use the first 2 of them though as that really does the trick

Use a buffer rather than a board. It’ll smooth them out better and make them nice and shiny

Now I could say I need to keep them smooth for the ladies but in reality I just hate the feel of rough nails
