Rats Stop School Concert

Chelmsford

A school in a place called Colwyn Bay which surprisingly is in North Wales but seems predominantly inhabited by scousers is overrun with rats and the school panto has been scrapped. Is this another example of broken Britain and what happened to the red bus Brexit money.
