Where the flamboyance of flamingos live

This is about sleep as I’m in the insomniacs club!

Yes it did not elude me last night ! Fell asleep just after 9, woke briefly at 1am and then managed to get back to sleep and woke just before 6am!!

This has got to be the best nights sleep in years!!

Good Morning op and all with the amount of meds I take find it difficult to sleep so on my four days off zopicone is my friend get nine hours uninterrupted sleep

My sleep over the years has got really bad more so with pressure demanding jobs.

Since covid that has just got worse and don't manage much sleep through the night now. Probably sleep 3 4 hours of broken sleep. Some nights I don't sleep at all like last night. Spent most of it wide awake in bed
