I have just seen a couple post that they have 529 messages. Apart from the hard work of going through a heap of messages, I also believe that the site should place a limit on how many messages a profile CAN RECEIVE say in a day or in a week. Let me know your thoughts please.

It's a tricky one coz you could receive 500 from unsuitables and one from someone you'd really be interested in and miss that one coz it wouldn't be within the limit x

As a concept I don't like it..... after-all .... sometimes finding the right swinging partners can be like searching for a diamond in a goats arse....

So I'd rather have all my goats lined up in a neat line.....

Okay, so what limit would you put on it and...... how would you feel if you had spent ages writing a really good tailored message, only to find that it was binned by Admin as it was ONE message to late for the other persons cut-off? Eg. max 100 per day, and your message was no 101.....?????

I don't like having limits placed on me and the site has tools in place to allow you to set your own so I don't think it's a good idea.

I think more filters are the way forward for example we don't play with people in the same county but the only search you can do is within x miles of your postcode. Would be good if you could search by different counties

I think it's a bad idea to have a limit, but also doubt very much that the couple had 529 messages today. That's more likely to be total number unread messages in their inbox since they joined

when you go in to browse just select the area you are interested in

Blocking messages from New members could help keep the numbers down as I think most timewasters would give up within that time, there are also other filters in place too.

Also to make sure they have read your profile you could ask them to put a certain word in the title of their message.

I think it would be a good idea to have 3 more options to read messages, one for friends only, one for people you have messaged but are not friends, then one for people you've never spoken to.
