Again with it approaching Christmas time, mental health is on the rise more and more people taking there own life another celeb today aged 40. As I always say if your feeling down, struggling talking helps it really does believe me when I say it.

I've always said I'm here for anyone who struggles that doesn't mean you take advantage of me. Stop the hate and think about someone's feelings just because they say there ok they may not be so don't be nasty or put them down.

If you feel depressed, try to talk to somone, the Samaritan s are always available.

Try and do something constructive or that feels good, walking, cycling or just tidy a room up. There are always people much worse of than you and things generally get better.

I walk alone most Christmas days and enjoy meeting other single strangers and wishing them the best.

It's a challenging time of year for some...no doubt some of us feel we've been physically, psychologically and emotionally push and pulled about for a while now but everything comes in waves...and those waves move on through.

Talking, connecting with others, fresh air and exercise...finding a healthy routine based on those small achievable goals that we sometimes forget about.

Take care. X (Mr)

Well said, OP.

Personally, I'm one of the many who really struggle at this time of year. Fortunately, I have a couple of very good friends who understand, let me vent, and provide the support I need (mainly by taking the piss - but it works for us!).

There are a lot of reasons why people struggle, and everyone will have different things which may help them. If you're struggling, talk to someone (anyone!), and if someone chooses to talk to you, do not turn them away, and do what you can to not make things worse for them.
