Portstewart

Mince pie and shortbread making in our house probably Friday as have 2 willing little helpers that need to be home from school for. Can’t wait as haven’t been up to baking the past 2 weeks dosed with the cold. Yes I’ve tested and no it’s not the plague don’t think it’s flu as I don’t think I’m quite that bad. Just scunnered with it now.

I like to conduct a survey of the mince pie options every Christmas. Co-op are doing some nice short-crust pastry ones at the moment.

The Co-op puff pastry ones used to be my favourite.

"Company, a hug"

Sending you a virtual one. I know that's no help really but I couldn't just scroll past. I do hope you get that much needed hug very soon.
