Ambulance service... Just what have we become?

Personally, whilst horrified at the circumstances of the individual highlighted, I don’t blame the Ambulance Service, its staff or the call handlers. I blame years of successive Conservative governments deliberately underfunding and micromanaging the NHS, and I blame those duped into voting for them.

Anyone that needed an ambulance that night would have faced the same situation. Lucky for him his granddaughter and family had the presence of mind and the facilities to transport him themselves.

The NHS in Wales is run by the Labour Welsh Government.

Wrong again. Majority funded and wholly managed by the devolved Government.
