Been a while since we had a UFO thread.... watching some Netflix thing whilst it's cold and snowy outside...

Are UFOs real, or are they a figment of imagination, made up by media to scare us...

Whats your take?

A UFO is just an unidentified flying object so yes

Now if you were ask if there is such a thing as aircraft from another planet visiting earth then who knows.

Light in the sky doesnt look or behave like any type of plane rocket or craft you know of it's a UFO.

There were supposed reports up near Stalyvegas years ago! I'm from up that neck of the woods... shame there's no little green men!

We saw a UFO out here in Portugal. A long train of lights moving through the sky. I really thought that the aliens were coming...turns out it was Elon's star link satellites. Pretty cool tho

Do you remember when they closed Gatwick for days because of supposed drone activity yet not one photo or film of the drones ?

My Son & I saw one a couple of years ago, but most ppl don’t believe us. I’m not saying it was aliens but just a UFO…unidentified.

It was triangular with about 6/8 bright lights, hovering way way up high, then literally disappeared. We were well excited

My Mum and brother and loads of other ppl saw one too when I was little. Apparently it was a bright sphere spinning then shot off disappearing.

I've never had the pleasure. Mainly because when I lived in the North West I swear it was mainly cloudy haha

Yeah thats weird. But totally expected for us to come to a grinding halt due to something minor..... I mean look at the snow today!

Very probably and almost certainly man made.

Do I believe in extraterrestrial life?

Absolutely the universe is too big for us to be alone.

Do I think that they have visited and the government are keeping it a secret?

Nope,why the hell would they fly billions of miles just to hide in some town in Alaska probing people who still live in their mom's basements and are almost 50.

The physics involved in interplanetary travel make any alien spacecraft very, very unlikely.

Plus, the absence of incontrovertible evidence is worrying. A lot of people are walking around with cameras and we've got nothing.

I get you and agree to a point.

However as I said the chances of us being the only planet inhabited in the universe is practically zero.

Obviously if they have managed to master interstellar travel is quite another thing.

Who's to say that rather than turning up in huge craft like independence Day style.

What about if they are in craft not much bigger than a small bird.

This. I have, along with @30 other people including USAF Police, seen some very bizarre moving lights in the sky. Definitely not the movements of any known aircraft. Was the fact they were close to a USAF base in the UK significant?

I have also been airborne, at low level, over a major UK city in shit weather, and been informed by ATC of a UFO tracking us, changing course when we did. When it got within half a mile of us, it vanished from radar. That incident is recorded on the ATC equipment.
