Both if something nice to eat pops into my head and I’m not hungry I’ll eat it anyway because I won’t be able to stop thinking about it until I do

Cheeseville, Somerset

These days my brain.

I can go hours, or even a whole day without eating. I have to be in the mood. There are times when I get a rare day of just eating for the sake of it and binging on whatever crap is in the fridge/cupboard.

But I've never had set meal times, don't eat breakfast or during the day most days and generally just have one big meal in the evening, anytime between 6 and 10pm, depending on work.

A

My brain. I tend only to eat breakfast and lunch these days as that seems to fill me up for the day.

So many euphemisms in this thread. Must resist.

Brain for me. I love food. Cooking, baking, making things … and all the glorious flavours, textures and combinations.

I’m peckish again now. Dammit.

I think we often eat out of boredom or habit. When was the last time you waited until you really felt hungry?

Think it's my eyes tbh. My brain knows I don't need it, my stomach knows it's not empty but my bloody eyes are there all at all the sexy food.

I don’t get hungry. Which isn’t a good thing as I can (and do) forget to eat. So I eat because I know I have to. So I’d have to say my brain.
