I got a message from a beautiful woman on Monday. I thought she looked familiar. Her profile says that she's married, but she's on fab without the knowledge of her husband.

Yesterday before I left work, I went into my boss' office for my performance management meeting and guess whose picture was on his desk? The same woman!

I respect everyone's freewill but I really love and need my job.

What would you do in my case? For some reason, I'm no longer looking forward to our Christmas party!

I think she's quite foolish or brave depending how you look at it, or he actually does know, or it's actually him or someone has misappropriated her pictures from elsewhere and used them to set up a profile. I caught my ex partner out in a huge very serious lie. He said he'd done it to test me. I laughed in his face, that didn't go down well and apparently I failed the test

To be fair to all of those who have contributed to the thread, you're the only one who really knows your own situation, your relationship with your boss, the conversations you've had with his wife etc.

Have you mentioned to her that you work for her hubby, for instance.

Perhaps it's worth discussing that with her and seeing how she reacts.

Is she going to be at the Christmas do?

If so, as she's seen your face, she'd be bound to recognise you, and unlesd you've discussed it that could get weird.

Essentially, you're the only one who can really know how things could go and any implications if the two of you get found out
