Get frustrated that their significant other can fall asleep so easily??

I have been with him for 20 years now and he has always been able to pretty much fall asleep instantly. If he is sat down, he is asleep.

He literally wakes in the night, sits on the edge of the bed (I assume he is meant to be heading to the loo) and falls instantly back to sleep sat there.

If I wake him and say "I assume you need the loo, maybe you should go" he will then sit on the loo and falls asleep on there too!

I once left him sleep on there for so long that when he went to get up he fell because his leg had gone dead.

This isnt a day time thing, it is as if after 9pm a switch is flicked and he is in shutdown mode .

Yet here I am night after night struggling to sleep and wanting to str*ngle him for his ability to do it so easily.

Especially when in the morning he says "you look tired, didnt sleep well again?" *sigh*

Simple answer, don't watch them. Put something on to keep you entertained

I fall asleep really easily. I am a night owl and usually find that I’m most productive the last couple of hours before bed, but once I’ve decided it’s sleep time, I’m out like a light within about five mins
