Oh that will be me

Off to Portugal for a week from the 11th

A week in the south of Portugal with two Michelin-star restaurants on my doorstep.

Can not wait to go now

Only downer it is on my own

Lucky you. I dont really remember the last time I had a holiday and I have never been abroad.

Alone just means you can do what you want without having to consult anyone else. Sounds perfect to me

My resolution for next year (which I've started early) is to stop waiting around for other people and just book things myself. It's too hard to co-ordinate friends who all have kids and get people to commit to things so I'm just gonna do it myself, or with my wee one. So far I have a holiday, a weekend camping at a festival and theatre trips booked. Bit nervous going properly away with no other adults or kids for either of us to hang out with but also can't wait for the quality time. Go Eat, Pray, Love it up in Portugal - you'll have a blast I'm sure !

It was originally booked with someone but they dumped me so rather than cancel I am off on my own, 33 days to go

I get back to the uk on the 16th and am off work until I come back here in early Jan. It’s the longest time I’ve had off work in years and am so excited.

Portugal is lovely enjoy! I love Lisbon I was there in October doing street photography in Alfalma & Mouraria. Food and local Fado round there is amazing
