Would you have complained? " Yeah always. For that I’d complain and eat it and get free drinks or offer part payment. Someone fucked up & it’s mostly not staff but management. So just be mindful in how and who you complain to. Overworked underpaid staff are not normally the ones at fault | |||

"Depends on the circumstance. If I can see the staff are doing their utmost then I’m happy to be reasonable and wait a little longer. However, if they have the time to start pulling out their phone or starting non work related conversations etc. then I have an issue with that. Mind you, if you get all shouty or aggressive, you are unlikely to get what you want! Gbat | |||

Having worked in kitchens in my teens I saw some horrible and immature stuff happen to customers food for even the slightest thing | |||
