This morning I stepped on the old bathroom scales and in the last 7 weeks or so I have lost 1st 8lb, made me smile and feel good.

That's the thing people rarely heed their own advice, like builders with 10 half finished jobs, mechanics in rust old cars

With me the drink was part of self medicating my mental health.
