Looking for a cordless vacuum. Had a Dyson before, and thought it was great. Anyone got any experience with the Shark or others?

Recommendations please

The gtech stuff has been a trooper in my house, charges fast, lasts ages, best empty mechanism I’ve used

Newry Down

The contemporary vacuum cleaners, in my opinio , look much too flimsy and lack durability.

I have had a Nilfisk for the last 35 years and it works perfectly; tough as old boots and still does the job.

When it eventually pops its clogs, I may buy a Henry with a HEPA filter system. They are also extremely robust and are used in contract cleaning scenarios.

Henry's can definitely robust, but we have at least 2 lying around at work with broken nozzles, it's like a Henry graveyard.

Love my fusion, although after 2 yrs I needed to replace the battery pack in it. I now can do my stairs with ease .

your wildest dreams,

Yeah I’ve had a dyson cordless but changed to shark and won’t go back. It feels lighter, more flexible in its use. Better battery life

Been disappointed with Dyson. Persistent connectivity problems with pins in the neck, poor battery life. Substandard performance for the price. Just changed to Gtech.

Some I used to know was a rabid Dyson fangirl.

She loved nothing more than being sent photos of you naked holding anything Dyson.

Sadly she left Fab, so can no longer get those Dyck Pics!

have always had a dyson does the job i have a old animal corded that ive just had a complete service on and now behaves like a brand new hoover again and ive the latest dyson cordless and that my main hoover very powerful ... my mum has a g tech one its crap and my mother inlaw has a shark again was rubbish compared to the new dyson she's replaced it with the shark is less than a month old

at our work its all henrys until a rep show us that they are not the best at what they do not by far we did a carpet after the henry with a corded dyson and what was sucked up was shocking so a big replacement of dysons soon

Debauchery

Went from Dyson to a shark when I asked a cleaner friend of mine for Vacuum recommendations and then found a decent discount code on them.

Shark vacuums are definitely better than Dyson, not only does is suck Tornado in a Tundra but it’s design seems to have been better thought-out, down to everything the user wants to do with it.
