Oxford Dictionary's "word of the year" voted for by the public is 'Goblin Mode'. Am I the only person who has never heard of it ?

Maybe Oxford Dictionary will print it as goblinmode. Apparantly it's a neologism.

Dubai & Nottingham

Oxford dictionary desperately trying to stay useful & relevant now that dictionary’s are a thing of past .

They are doing a great job too. If I ever need to know how to spell goblin mode I shall walk into one of the many high street bookshops, ask for directions to the dictionary section and purchase this gem of a book

No need to purchase it. Just look up 'goblinmode' then put it down again
