Sprouts are great if you cook them properly and don’t turn them too mush.

Science fact.

Carrots so you can see in the dark, sprouts so you have something to look at

I love them - I succession sow them on my allotment so I have them pretty much all year round!

I grow more sprouts than anything else!

Don't overcook them add bacon or lardons or pancetta and some chestnuts and are absolutely grreat. Sometimes a dash of sweet paprika is also good.

Spouts aren’t just for Christmas. I like frying them with peppers, onions and lots of garlic and having them on a hot bread roll.
