What are the best blue pills, have tried Viagra and unbranded with different strengths, Viagra give me the biggest and best erection but others got me hard quickly after first cumming

You’re just fighting yourself if that’s the case.

It’s called the refractory period, it’s completely natural to go soft and not be aroused after cumming. Have a break and then go again.

Sorry I can’t spell it but I always found CALIAS* the best.

No side effects and generally lasts a couple of days.

Sorry about the spelling but if the word doesn’t come up in my spell checker then I’m sunk.

In my experience it wasn't - it doesn't do the basic job as well as sildenafil

If you don't need them, it can lead to strokes, heart attacks etc. Never use them as a stimulant if you can get erect without one

With occasional use, the long term risks are small (no medicine is completely risk-free). The biggest long term negative is dependancy.
