It seems like this is coming our way. Seems like a good way to get protein into people without all the cruelty and maybe the CO2 and land usage.

But what do you think? Would you eat it? What about the vegans amongst you? Any moral issues with it?

It would certainly open things up a bit. There could be an extinction cafe, where you could have a mammoth steak main course after a dodo liver pate starter.

The opportunities are endless.…

Too early to say if it will be viable. No studies on long term effects on the human body yet.

I'm a vegetarian but would probably eat it, or at least try.

I wouldn't eat it but then maybe I wouldn't know I'd eaten it but I do read the packaging
