So our neighbors for the second time bought a toy Chihuahua. Thier first one flew away with a bald eagle. The second was a coyote snack. We told them they are not dogs for this environment. They just not getting the lesson. Then she cried her brains out not understanding the repercussions. Some people should just stay city folk.

My immediate reaction was "Bsld eagles and coyotes?! Where are you living?!"

Then I found out you're in Pennsylvania.

well they not keeping it now. Twice... First time we witnessed they first dog flying away. The second is utter insanity after the first. Some people do not get the dangers. It's not fair to those pups because someone is so ignorant and stupid.we warned them multiple times they are not dogs they are snacks.

Yep, same here. I actually thought it was the start of a joke, until I saw their location...

I know a guy in Texas who goes outside with his tiny dog to supervise when it needs the bathroom, he's very wary of coyotes and predatory birds for that reason. Never lets it out alone.

Even seagulls have snatched chihuahuas here. No wonder they're such yappy wee things when everything's out to get them!

Wait until they buy a new one, then run a book on it ( bet ) how many days will it last ? What will it get eaten by ?. Keep you and the locals entertained for a bit and you could win some money.

we were sitting at our fire pit with our dogs. Then we heard our neighbor screaming. We heard the dog yelling looked up and it was flying away. Our beabull looked up and then turned to me with a expression like the should have got a bigger dog. That was in June. August they get another. She let it out at 5am by itself heard a yip and then her screaming again.

I did the same. I thought the phase "flew away with a bald eagle" was a euphemism for dying... Which, I guess, it ultimately was.

That's pure stupidity. Maybe she thought no predators would be up at that time.
