little house on the praire

I usually only buy one pack of six but I like them cold with either custard or ice cream. But my favourite way to have a mincepie is take the lid of put Stilton cheese on and warm it till it melts and put the lid back on

Warm, not hot, with Jersey double cream and cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top.

Now I’ve got the munchies!

Wirral

If shop bought then I love Morrisons puff pastry ones, cold with whipped cream in the middle of them (have to prise the layers apart but worth it).

If they're homemade then I like them still warm from the oven with nothing more than a dusting of icing sugar.

Ultimately I'm of the mindset that all mince pies are good mince pies, however they're served. Can't get enough of the gorgeous little buggers.

"Hot

All of the above. I got 6 from the poundshop two weeks ago and I don't know if they were amazing or just as they were the first six I'd smashed down since last Christmas.
