"Should have got yourself a hot tub! " I was thinking the same thing

"I moved into a bungalow in January. Not my usual bag but it was all I could get near my estranged kids. It has a disabled converted bathroom with only a shower but I can't for the life of me see where a bath would've gone. I absolutely need a hot soak!! I expend quite a considerable amount of effort and muscle work out in the lower back area and upper thighs. I stuck a stand alone bath (it's not chavvy) in my garden. I'm sat now soaking the efforts of 12 hours at Amazon warehouse off which I'm gonna say is way harder than an all nighter princess shag. I'm sat listening to the world around me (no they can't see) soaking away in a bath in my garden am I mad?" We can't and couldn't find such a thing for love nor money

"Should have got yourself a hot tub! " Got one! Costs £17 to heat it and £5 a day to keep it warm! That's in the autumn. Beggars belief what it would be in the winter. Plus a hot tub gets to 40 degrees where I want to start at 55 and boil my skin off then cool right off. I also am finding I prefer the outdoor air without bath steam. How peculiar!

"Not at all. I once went to a ‘cabin in the woods’ in Wales, which turned out to be a shed But it had the amazing added element of a bath sunk into the side of hill, leading down to the woods. We set a (washing machine drum) fire going, got the (plastic) flutes charged with prosecco and had a (surprisingly hot) bath under the stars. It was snowing. It was magical." Ooo interested in how the washing machine drum fire was used to heat the water now.... I have one of those firepits I made myself. The engineering brain is kicking in and thinking recirculating water in a metal bin - pump it in the bottom and overflow tube at the top back into the bath.

"Sounds lovely. You didnt have to fill it with hundreds of boiled kettles though or are you plumbed into a hose? " I wondered that too!
