All depends on why it happened. Recent experience the truth from them at the start would have been my way to deal with it faster.

Time is a healer, however its important to put yourself in positions with other people.

It really helps being around others and not isolating for too long.

The most important thing regardless of anything is to be kind to yourself, the term " love hurts " in situations like this is so true , it hurts..a lot ..time will heal but it's so important to be kind to yourself, best wishes to you

Time. Loving someone that doesn't love you is a horrible feeling but time really does help.

I don't think you ever get over it completely, there are times it just hits you out of nowhere. And it's ok to just cry a little, be sad.
