It depends on definition of ‘load’.

Load as in chores, always good to share. As long as don’t get frustrated with the other for not doing it right and end up redoing them yourself. Save the extra work & time and do it myself is calmer.

Load as in weight on my shoulders, problems. Rare I share and I just work through it in my own way. Occasionally I will reach out, but it’s very much as a sounding board rather than a come help me call.
