Daybreak hotels?

Has anyone had any issues with Daybreak hotels? (Similar to dayuse)

Me and my FB booked one for today, staying at a Best Western in the North West, arrived at the hotel and the hotel was shut down!!

Two very frustrated and unhappy people!

Wondering if this is a website to avoid?

We did get it sorted eventually, after a few phone calls, but was a waste of a day and journey
