What is everyone having this eve? I am having leftovers from fridge tonight. A bit of a tapas feast and finish some chocolate gateau too.

Sounds nice, what do you put in it. I like a nice rice dish but usually make either like a Chinese type one, a rissoto or a paella.

Great, as long as there is none of those sauces people put on and drown their steak with. A bit of mustard usually suffices for me but of course others may choose otherwise

I haven't had paella for ages.

Chips and curry sauce from the chippy. Would have had a fish but times are hard. The kids lucked in with a battered sausage and a saveloy (respectively) and chips. To be fair it was a beautiful dinner choice anyway despite the budget constraints.

Change of plan. I went to look and have no risotto rice. So it's some creamy mash potatoes and green beans with a quick red wine sauce. It will teach me to check ingredients when planning a dish

Haha it’s mince, well mine is pea protein, the dumplings have lightly cara_elised leeks added into the dry mix before forming them. Cooked in the oven so that they go crispy on top

Sounds great. You know I had my first cocoa of the season a couple of days ago. Throughly enjoyed it, though it was proper chocolate and not that sickly sugary stuff you get in a tin sometimes. I find it too sweet personally.

"Pot noodle. I don’t even like pot noodles. I do t know why I bought pot noodles. But here I am eating a fucking pot noodle.

What flavour?

Chicken and mushroom. And all the sachets of soy sauce in the world couldn’t help it taste any better.

I could live on em

I feel a small Part of me died as I ate it.

Funny thing is, I could live off supernoodles. but hate pot noodles. Go figure?!?

I only like curry and bbq supernoodles. The rest of them can fuck right off.

But they are just the base, I have to add loads of other white and even flavour the stock.

The curry one is good on its own though.

corn gets added to every one I do. I could actually literally live off corn. No lie. Forever. "

You just enjoy the allure of the jewel encrusted turd don't ya!

I like omelette and yes usually put four in. I had a potatoe omelette yesterday and plenty of parmezan cheese in as well
