What are some of the things you wish you had known sooner (outside last nights lottery numbers) that have influenced your life?

It could be learning new skills, meditation, a change in habits etc.

Dont underestimate having a really good sleep routine and eating three healthy meals a day.

Also don't get involved with drugs and quit smoking.

My life changed at 29.

Should have got into I.T. quicker. I eventually did at school after moving from the Midlands (it was not a subject up there). Missed almost a year.

Else I would have changed my path and events leading up to today wouldn't have happened and I wouldn't be the person I am

Three meals a day is one of the biggest myths people have been brainwashed unto. Look into its origins and history.

The rest I totally agree.
