My sleep pattern is just at the wrong time. Normally start feeling tired around 4:00 in the morning and my body wants to sleep until midday.

Really need to break this habbit.

Shit sleep pattern tbh. Try many things, from keep my mind active to tire me out to relaxing music. In short I end up running my self down with work etc until I crash and get a good night sleep every once in a while
