I don`t often have down moments, but I`m at work with tears streaming down my face for no reason, thankfully the house owner isn`t here or I`d feel like a right muppet.......thats all

You have to have a downer to know when your good times are

Having seen your smiling face in the chat room I find that hard to believe. You always seem to be cheery

Down moments serve a purpose - to remind us that good times are only around the corner and to treasure them.

Merry Christmas

Probably a delayed reaction from the weekend (I would blame the vodka jellies if I were ).

I find that I'm at my lowest when I'm tired, and taking a break and realising how silly I an works for me

I'm ok now, I just had a "moment" I feel a little foolish now tbh, it's most unlike me to be silly for no reason....I can blub for England if I have a reason to lol.

Sorry for being daft

Angus & Findhorn

glad you are feeling better and can appreciate what it was that triggered off those feeling that brought tears.

understanding it is half the battle, then dealing with it with support and help.

posting on a swingers site forum whilst you are in tears will get support and that is good, we can't answer what the issue is that caused it, only you.

good luck

Bugger, that just started me off again, I think being locked in a room with some sexy people to take my mind off is the only answer

Most people on here are really lovely and give you a lift when you need it, not quite sure what happened to me, I wasn't thinking of anything in particular, but that said, it's the anniversary of losing my dad this week, so maybe somewhere in the back of my head the thought was there. Thank you everyone, I'm sure over the next couple of days I'll have a few more "moments" it's nice to know people have kinds words for you tho

For some reason this time of year uncovers a whole load of emotions,

We were out shopping yesterday and we walked past the Salvation Army band, now for some reason this brought a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye.

Hope your feeling better

"We all get down from time to time. From my own experiences I have learnt to give in to it once in a while, as you can't always put a brave face on things.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Was a pleasure to meet you the other day, and I'm sure your lovely smile will be back soon.

But until then have some HUGS from me. X "
