Is anyone planning to go see the Rocky Horror Show next year, we are thinking of it. Apart from it being a great show we hear the audience often dress up (or is it dress down) for the evening.

Yes we are going to the Liverpool show in Feb. We have been before and always get dressed up. Ended up in Lisbon last time with a few of the cast members there, it was a great night. xxx

You have to be careful with some of these things as some of the theatres wont let you take them in. Water along with lasers and a wooden stage can get the health and safety people into a serious sweat. xxx

It lets the cast you’re a RHS virgin and they have a few special treats for virgins…… mwuahahaha

It just harmless fun but it helps them to help you enjoy the show….

"Sounds more interactive than we might like haha"

It’s as interactive as you want. You can sing along shout at the cast or just enjoy the show. The one thing you will have to be able to do is the time warp. You should just do it it’s a great night out. xxx

I *love* Rocky Horror but I've never been to the show. I really want to.

We had several Rocky Horror events at College to which I normally wore a lab coat, lingerie, fishnet stockings and stilettos.

*wanders off singing... it's so dreamy, oh fantasy free me, so you can't see me, no, no, no, not at all...*

When the curtain falls the parties begin, the bars and clubs of Liverpool start the time warp music when the first in fancy dress turn up. It would be great if a few fellow swingers could get together for a few drinks and a bit of dirty dancing. xxxx

We are going to the York show in April , I was going to do the full outfit but we could only get tickets for the early show at 5.30 so going through York dressed as frankenfurter at that time may frighten the Japanese tourists so I may tone it down and go as Riff Raff

Just felt we had to have a song , lol

I was feeling done in, couldn't win

I'd only ever kissed before.

I thought there's no use getting into heavy petting

It only leads to trouble and seat wetting...

Now all I want to know is how to go

I've tasted blood and I want more

I'll put up no resistance, I want to stay the distance

I've got an itch to scratch, I need assistance:

Toucha toucha toucha touch me, I wanna be dirty

Thrill me chill me fulfil me

Creature of the night.

Then if anything grows while you pose

I'll oil you up and rub you down

And that's just one small fraction of the main attraction

You need a friendly hand and I need action.

I went in a french maid's outfit a few years ago. To my immediate left were a middle-aged couple in normal clothes who looked a bit shell-shocked. When it came to doing the 1st move of the time warp, (a jump to the left), I sent him flying!!!! Oops

Would love to see it again at some point.

Nearest shows to Brum Brum land are in Wolverhampton last week in October. Get your skates on though cos the late night fri and sat shows, (always the best atmosphere), are close to selling out.
