My bedroom window is open 24/7, but I do love Rhod Gilbert's rant about tog rating

..

4.5 tog. My window is still open at night because I don’t like being hot. I will move to a 10 if I feel a chill.

Wirral.

Yes, I've just changed from my 4.5 to 10.5. But I still have my bedroom window open - hate being hot & sweaty in bed

I put my lovely winter duvet on last week.

It's a Catherine Lansfield Teddy Fleece cover with little penguins on

I don't change my duvet. When it's too warm I use a thin blanket and take the duvet off.

"Love a cosy bed"

Mine would be much more cosy with you in it

I've still got my summer duvet on, with a blanket over the top. Often over heat in the night. Got another summer duvet to chuck on if it gets really cold.

We have one of those very handy dual-layer duvets. We have a 4.5 tog for the summer, a 9 tog for less warm times, and I've just clipped the two together to give us a total of 14.5. Snuggly!
