Qatar crosses so many lines - unprecedented corruption, terrible working conditions, oppressive regime - that it's an easy decision." Hence I made my decision not to go to Qatar, despite Wales are in the world cup for the second time in our history of the competition. I don't agree for Qatar to be the world cup host for obvious reasons. | |||

If it was a country that murdered people for religious differences or racism based stuff, there’s no way they would have ever been given the World Cup. And yet offences against LGBTQI+ people is glazed over because ‘religion’ never mind the people who died building the stadiums. Utter madness. C x | |||

Not good though host nation fans leaving early " I was in India for the first F1 race in Delhi,was running a car in a support race to the F1, and they drafted in the army to fill it the grandstands for the TV, handing them civilian shirts on the way in, was funny to see, the tickets cost over a thousand times the local annual wage lol. | |||
