Butt plug question

When I’m playing with my doc Johnson large butt plug I’m struggling to keep it in for extended periods of time. I’ve throughly prepared inside before playing but every time I insert it, my body wants to push it out. Don’t get me wrong this is a great feeling because I really enjoy the stretch and I can give myself quite a rough fucking with it but I want to be able to hold it in for periods of time.
