Day time quiet spots - Lancaster area

Off out for a coffee and a drive out with a lass this morning. It’s pretty busy out at the moment, if it came to it it would be great to pull over somewhere quiet. Are there any quiet day time spots around Lancaster/Morecambe/Preston to park up?
