Alcohol.

I seldom drink at home except for a glass of red or a bottle of beer with a meal on Saturdays.

However, I drink a lot more in the month of December, starting with cocktails in the evenings.

On Christmas Day, I shall start drinking Bucks Fizz the moment I get up, followed by wine with the meal, and no doubt a cocktail or two, or three in the evening.

Sleep. I hope.

Chocolate, probably.

Otherwise I hope to keep myself reasonably well in check.

The aim is to keep my weight stable and not regain the 18lbs I've shed, so I can pick up the diet again after Christmas.

I'll probably drink more than normal, (I rarely drink), but I will probably be more active than normal too, and less stressed. My diet will be more balanced too, as my mum will be feeding me!
