Best sleep?

As an occasional insomniac I appreciate the benefits of a proper sleep.

I’d not had a break from work or studying for an extended time, 6 day work weeks and although physically capable the underlying fatigue was building.

Decided to have a short notice long weekend in Germany at the Nurburgring via the Hull overnight ferry.

The first afternoon in nurburg I remember lying back at about 530pm and just drifting off to sleep very very slowly. Like slow motion.

It must’ve been good as I woke at 6am having not moved from the position i went in!

But the mental clarity was unbelievable.

Forget all those mind enhancing drugs lol, just get better sleep!

I'd have woken up with urine soaked pants if I slept solidly for over 12hours.

Was it the motion of the ocean or the size of the boat..

Sure you've heard this before but the are weighted blankets that apparently help sleep by keeping you in the same position.
