After chatting to someone for quite while we decided to arrange a social. Just a morning coffee.

Messaged the night before to see if we were still on.

Woke up on the morning to check and found myself blocked. It's no big deal but I just find it a bit bizarre. Instead of just saying I'm sorry, change of heart or whatever. Strange.

Anyone else been blocked for reasons unknown?

Yeah I get that. We'd exchanged face pics weeks ago and spoke quite regularly. I didn't even initiate it the social. But on the day of the arranged social blocked

Age filters don't stop you exchanging messages if you have already exchanged messages.

It does happen I'm afraid. It could be something you said or that they chose someone else. Don't stress too much about it.

People are strange, it’s the cowards way out of saying they’ve changed their minds. Stops them having to own their actions.

The justification will be it prevents snotty messages back to them.

Anyway, half of the forums have me blocked - randomly find out every now and then, like when I dip in on one of those Fab me or which pic do you like the best threads

It’s just the way it is on social media

Orrrrrrrrr Orrrrrrrrrrrr it was a woman but the pic was of some 30 yr old model and not a pic of reality.

I don't think I've been blocked but many men have stopped interacting with me.

They didn't tell me why, they just disappeared.

I send one message asking if they are ok and still interested, then I leave them to it.

One of the many reasons they don’t say this is to prevent any potential abuse. Not many people can take rejection and they don’t want to put themselves in that position. Or feel the need to explain themselves.

Maybe she wasn't real? She could have been genuine but it is a little strange for her to block if you spoke regularly and got on well. People are a bit odd sometimes, but she is entitled to do as she wishes. Anyway, better luck next time.

You can still message someone even if they've changed their age range IF you've already messaged before they altered it ...its a glitch in the fab matrix ...trust me, I know

Yes I look or try to look at some profiles and see I'm blocked. I guess they see the musings and its a pre emptive measure.? .. Who knows... I'll survive though.

If she didn't reply to you,the filters will stop you being able to contact her

It's only if you've had previous contact that filters can he bypassed.
